The Halifax-Dartmouth & District Labour Council represents over 24,000 workers in all sectors of the economy in Halifax- Dartmouth & District, the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

Labour Council delegates are chosen by affiliate union locals, and meet monthly (on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm at the Halifax Labour Temple – 3700 Kempt Road).
