This Labour Council shall be known as the Moncton and District Labour Council, CLC.  It shall consist of organizations affiliated to the Canadian Labour Congress and shall not extend beyond an eighty (80) kilometre radius of the City of Moncton, excluding the Town of Sussex, nor shall it extend into another province.
